How do I reset my Airport Time Capsule

I need to reset my Airport to a new environment and network. I can't seem to figure out how. My MacBook can't seem to find it, I keep getting the Time Capsule not available message.

I haven't had this hooked up in at least 2 years. Been through a couple os upgrades...

MacBook, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

At this point, I would suggest that you perform a "factory default" reset on your Time Capsule. This will get the base station back to it "out-of-the-box" configuration so that you can set it up properly for your new environment.
